3. Services

4. Info Products

Digital materials, courses, and guides delivered electronically upon purchase.

5. Goods

Physical items purchased will be shipped to the specified address.

6. Orders and Payment

All orders require payment in advance. Available methods appear at checkout.

7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of program start if less than 20% of milestones are completed. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

If program content explicitly states no reimbursements, this will be noted at purchase and is final due to custom scheduling and resource allocation.

7.2 Info Products

Digital content may be refunded within 14 days of download if less than 25% of material has been accessed. Approved reimbursements are processed within 7 days of request.

7.3 Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, reimbursement will be issued within 14 days.

8. Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without extra charge. Late requests may incur fees.

9. Changes to Terms

Mastery Route reserves the right to update these terms. Updated versions will be posted on masteryroute.top.
